Flexibility at any time for any situation

  • Users: A user in PBX is a person who will receive or make calls. Each user requires a user licence.
  • Lines: Each user represents a 'line'. For example, if a call is answered and only 1 line exists, any other incoming calls will NOT arrive to devices for answering whilst that 'line' is in use.
  • Devices: Each user can have several devices of different types. Each device requires a device license.
  • Call Plans: In order to make outbound calls, the user must have a call plan. The more expensive the call plan, the cheaper the outbound rates it has.
  • Rate Information: Costs of outbound calls on different call plans are available in the Portal in the 'Rates search' section on the 'Billing' tab.
  • Flexibility: You can change call plans for any user at any time. You can also add/remove users and devices at any time.
